The Source University training facility in Arlington, TX, hosted three training sessions focused on fuel storage tanks.
In early May, STI/SPFA hosted an Aboveground Storage Tank Inspection class. The class covered shop-fabricated aboveground tanks, portable containers and small field-erected tanks. Participants who successfully completed the program were eligible for certification to SP001, the STI/SPFA industry standard for tank inspections.
The Oneida Nation Compliance Assistance Program hosted a three-day Tribal UST Bootcamp Workshop in June. The bootcamp drew a full house of attendees and covered all facets of UST system installation.
The training center also welcomed a team from Tanknology who conducted a training program in April.
