CITGO Petroleum Corp. and Folk Oil Co., operating under the name PS Food Mart, have launched an EV charging pilot program at a CITGO station in Michigan. Under the program, upfront assistance is provided to the marketer, as opposed to the store receiving monthly rent for the EV charger. The marketer retains full ownership of the EV charger.
